Welcome to my professional journey; I am Muhammad Irfan Reaz, a passionate and dedicated digital marketing professional having strong foundation in digital marketing, sales and business development.

Moreover, my results-oriented approach ensures measurable success. My career journey has been a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, problem solving, technical expertise and passion for result.

With the years of experience, I have sharpened my skills in digital marketing strategy, search engine optimization (SEO), content creation, e-commerce, and social media management, e-mail marketing, paid advertisement (PPC) and other components of digital marketing. Also, I have had the privilege of working with well-known companies from diverse industries and served them with professional dignity and remarkable performance.
Expertise Beyond Digital Marketing
Although my major focus during the career path always remains in digital marketing, yet a unique face of my journey is specialization in plastic/ PVC ID card issuance solution. I have gained adequate knowledge and expertise of this field, whether it is about different brands and technology of PVC card printers, type of cards or database card encoding and printing systems.
Over the years, I worked to promote renowned brands of plastic card printers and applications, such as HID Fargo, IDP Smart, and Evolis. My expertise extends to Entrust DataCard, eMedia CS, and CardPresso as well. I have provided customized plastic card solutions to a large number of customers making sure flawless technical support and real customer satisfaction. In fact, this niche specialization represents my versatility and connects me with the technology and customer requirement effectively.
Multifaceted Roles in Journey
My career has been enriched by diverse experiences. These have introduced me to various industries and broadened my perspective. During my academic time, I performed a significant role in my family’s printing service business; I not only learnt serval types of printing technologies and their operations but also customer service management. Additionally, I spent many years teaching commerce subjects to graduation classes. Consequently, I not only imparted knowledge but also enhanced my communication and mentorship abilities.
As a sales and marketing professional, I worked in an online B2B platform and in a textile chemical manufacturing firm. Further, as a contracted freelancer, I availed the opportunities to collaborate with various industries, including laboratory and scientific equipment trading companies in the UAE, organic product brands, household plastic goods manufacturers, travel & tours and fashion brands specializing in unstitched textile suits. Each of these roles allowed me to diversify my skill set, adapt to different markets, and deliver impactful marketing solutions tailored to unique business needs.
